Best Italian Marina Vallarta - Porto Bello Ristorante Italiano now both in Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta and both have the same delicious menu,the best Fusilli, and a fantastic wine menu. Just feel like one glass with your dinner, well Porto Bello has very nice wines by the glass and at a great price. Best Spanish Tapas - Barcelona Tapas Beautiful view, nice wine selection with reasonable prices, also they amazing Paella! Make sure to save room for the Volcano Cake and Ice Cream! My personal recommendations: Queso de Cabra (Goat Cheese) and Marinera Sauce with Garlic Toast, definitely the Arrachera, and experiment a little with the menu.
