Pipis Restaurant-Bar is a family style restaurant, and was founded in 1986 by the parents of Ruben Fregoso Lopez who took over the family owned business in 1993, and he has given his constant attention to maintaining the highest possible food quality, and outstanding personal service at Pipis since.
