Si Senor is a gourmet dining experience located in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. You may enjoy many excellent meals during your trip, but Si Senor will definitely be a special highlight. It's a hidden gem two blocks off the Malecon (the main steet).

Si Senor’s amazing menu offers a wonderful variety of regional Mexican dishes, starting with appetizers which include guacamole prepared tableside, tamales, garlic calamari, tortillas with lobster, jicama and guacamole tacos (a must try), grilled panela cheese or melted Oaxaca. Make sure to sample the pico de gallo, a house specialty at Si Senor’s. It is freshly prepared, and is a wonderfully tropic combination of fresh papaya, pineapple and corn served with crisp green and red tortilla chips, and don't forget the crab or cheese-stuffed peppers that are wonderfully smothered in a red tomato/onion sauce or the shrimp rellenos are served with white sauce.

For a tropical change of pace in your choice of drinks, consider the Si Senor's specialty beverage, Luces de Vallarta. It is a beautifully presented and delicious blend of Midori liqueur, vodka, Malibu rum, mixed with orange juice, and pineapple juice.

The atmosphere is extremely lush and tropical. You will be surrounded by tropical trees, flowers, and candles in a terraced outdoor dining area. The guacamole is delicious, and, made table side. Excellent quality, presentation, unique flavors, and a wonderful variety. Uplifting, upscale ambiance, and fantastic entertainers.
